3 Skincare Products I Can’t Live Without
If you are anything like me, there are certain things that you struggle with. Finding great skincare products is one of them. So I thought I would let you know about the 3 skincare products I can’t live without.
My Skincare Journey
Growing up, I never really paid much attention to skincare.
I had acne through middle and high school. I tried different things to fix it, but it seemed like nothing would ever work.
My mom spent hundreds on different products to try and help my poor blemished face. I’ll give you a hint… it didn’t help.
Of course, part of that could have been my lack of motivation to actually keep up with a skincare routine.
Maybe it was because I was young, but I didn’t really see the need for it, no matter how embarrassing my skin was. I just couldn’t stick to anything.
I am now pleased to say, after 30 years of living, I have come to realize how important skincare is. I’ll pause for the applause……
Once I turned 30, I decided I wanted to try doing things I had never done before. One of those things was taking better care of myself.
Let’s face it, I’m not getting any younger. I did, however, want to stay looking as young as possible for as long as possible.
I want to be that mom that all the kids go, “Is that really your mom?!” ….Is that just me? Anyway… I looked into a bunch of different skincare routines and I came across the Korean 10-step skincare.
Korean 10-step Skincare Routine
You may be thinking… “10 steps? That seems excessive,” or “That’s too much, I could never do that,” and I would have to say I was right there with you.
I had flashbacks to my teen years, putting things on my face and it retaliating with fiery hatred in the form of new breakouts.
I could just feel my now clear face beginning to pick up their signs in anticipation of its next teenage protest.
Against my better judgement, I decided to try it anyway.
Maybe it was from all the reviews of this routine I had seen, or the Kpop idols that seem to be completely poreless (can you say unfair? I’m fairly certain you could swim in my pores.), but I had decided.
I researched the routine, and I started to figure out what products I wanted to use. I spent hours, days even, going through product after product until finally, I made my decision.
I ordered most of what I needed. (I’m not made of money, honestly. Some of this stuff is expensive)
I have now successfully been doing the 10-step skincare routine for about a year now. It takes a bit of time in the morning and at night, but I love the way my skin feels now.
I used to have really oily skin, but now it has evened out pretty well. I don’t do all 10 steps, and sometimes, depending on how I feel, I skip it, but it has made a huge difference in how my skin feels, and how I feel because of my skin.
3 Skincare Products I Can’t Live Without
And so, the reason you came here in the first place, my top 3 skincare products I can’t live without:
1: Mizon Snail Repair Eye Cream
When I first saw this eye cream, I thought, “Ew, I’m not putting snail gunk on my face.”, but I started to read into it, and saw all of the benefits it had.
The website states that it can “diminish fine lines, wrinkles, sagging, dullness, dryness, and dark circles.” I also read a lot of reviews and decided I would try it.
I did want to try new things after all.
I am so glad I did!
This stuff is awesome.
It makes your skin so smooth, and it reduces fine lines (if you are worried about stuff like that).
It is pretty creamy and easy to smooth under your eye, which is a very delicate area. It doesn’t feel greasy and soaks into the skin really well.
I will definitely always have this in my arsenal of skincare products.
If anyone is interested, I got mine from Yesstyle.com.
2: LABUTE Revive the Skin Mask Sheet
These sheets masks are amazing. They have a lot of moisture in them. They are very juicy when they come out of the packaging.
And what I like most about this particular brand, is that it comes with 12 different kinds of sheet masks.
Each one has some different kinds of benefits.
If your skin is feeling a little dry, there is one you can use for that, or if you feel a little wrinkly, there are masks you can use to firm up your skin. There are so many different types to choose from.
And each one has an amazing smell. Since it has to sit on your face for like, 15 minutes, that’s kind of important to me.
I couldn’t be without my sheet masks.
There is something about putting on a sheet mask that just makes me feel pampered. Even if I am the one that put it on, I still feel like a queen.
If you haven’t tried a sheet mask, I suggest trying it out. You may just become as obsessed as me!
3: TONYMOLY Panda’s White Sleeping Mask
Ok, I wouldn’t be an honest person if I didn’t say that the packaging may or may not have had something to do with my decision making here. It wasn’t the only driving force, but it definitely had a hand in it… I mean come on! IT’S A PANDA!
Ok, back on track here.
Aside from the adorable container, this nighttime moisturizer is actually very good.
It’s nice and creamy, it soaks into my skin well, and my face feels SO smooth after I use it.
It is a bit thicker than a daytime moisturizer but still lightweight. But I hear that’s because your skin does most of its repair work at night while you are sleeping. So make sure you are catching those ZZZ’s! I’m looking at you, Karen!
And I’m off track again… This sleeping pack is very nice.
It has a light scent, so it’s not super overwhelming. I am actually almost out!
I have to reorder soon. I can’t be without this cute little guy!
Well, that was my top 3 skincare products I can’t live without. If you don’t have something like these products in your skincare routine, I highly suggest giving one of these a try. Let me know how you like it.
Also, let me know if there is anything you want me to try and I will do my best to get it and review it for you. I hope you had fun here. I’ll see you soon!!

Thank you for sharing these! I had acne as a teen too and I am still afraid to put anything new on my face. These sound like great options! Can’t wait to try the mask!

I absolutely love these masks! I always feel a little extra when I use them, but I think we all deserve to treat ourselves every now and then.

This is a very detailed post about skincare it’s something more people should put into practice. The products you have shared do work and they make your skin feel great.

I agree that more people should take the time to take care of their skin. Even if it is just to take a few minutes for yourself every day and just relax. It can really help you mentally too, not just physically.
